I'm born 20.07 1983 and i have practist Vo Vietnam since 02.05 1997 but martial arts in general I have practist since 1990. Of all martial arts I have seen in my hole short life Vo Vietnam (and Ki Aikido ) are the most effective martialarts (in every way) that I have seen.
